Bogging Me Stardoll Shopping

This is bugging me. Why becuase when ever i go shopping it says srry cant by well why the heck stardoll do you put if im buying double not only that but mostly it takes away something and puts it in the corner. I woder why it doesnt stop. Does this happen to you
